Grubb Properties is a 55-year-old employee owned real estate operating company based in the southeastern United States, with $400 million invested in approximately $1 billion worth of properties. Grubb Properties has two funds in capital formation. Our Fund VI has a unique strategy that combines our expertise in multifamily and office disciplines to create value and operational efficiencies utilizing shared parking between adjacent assets. This enables us to create outsized returns by combining those disciplines into a single investment with low leverage and less risk than a single strategy fund. For families with significant capital gains, our 2019 Qualified Opportunity Fund continues this strategy, building on our deep experience and positive track record with projects in Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) neighborhoods throughout the southeastern United States. Four of our last 10 secured deals are located in QOZs. Our shovel-ready seed investments enable our fund to quickly deploy capital. Gremi International SARL (Luxembourg) is an international holding company, composed of a number of companies operating in Luxembourg, Poland, the Netherlands, and Brazil. Operations of the group are mostly focused on investments in two sectors: real estate (in Poland and in Brazil) and media (Poland).

The group was established in 1991 by a Polish entrepreneur, Grzegorz (Greg) Hajdarowicz. The first activity of the company was wholesale of pharmaceuticals. As the business grew, new activities were introduced. Over 27 years GREMI was involved in many equity investments in various projects, focusing mainly on distressed companies.

The core of the Gremi International SARL business expansion strategy is represented by Portuguese speaking countries, in particular Brazil where the Eco Estrela Project is being realised.

Gremi International will develop Eco Estrela on its fully-owned beachfront property in Baía Formosa (north-eastern Brazil, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte). The project site covers an area of about 2,571 ha including approximately 6.5 km of coastline. The site benefits from good accessibility by car both from Natal and Joao Pessoa airports.

The project is planned to be commercialized in 2020. Conceptual works are supported by Six Senses, EDSA, PKF Hotel Experts, GT Law Firm, Ernst & Young.

Greg Hajdarowicz, the founder of GREMI International, is creating a paradise on earth in Brazil. Eco Estrela promises a heavenly environment near Baia Formosa. The site offers a range of activities that will satisfy even the most demanding guests. This makes it the perfect setting for a mix of high-end residential and hotel properties, completed by a village of supporting facilities. Six Senses, a partner of the project, is planning a spa resort to help guests reset and relax. Modern architecture echoing its surroundings will create a seamless dialogue between people and nature. Each building will be an extension of the environment. The goal is simple: to create harmony.
